Inspired by Andrew Solomon’s New York Time’s bestseller, Rachel Dretzin’s life-affirming documentary profiles several families in which parents and their children have substantial differences. Through their own extraordinary challenges through love, empathy, and understanding, the families in this film encourage us to cherish loved ones for all they are, not who they might have been.

This film is intended for parents, caregivers, educators, and students 8th grade and older. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that this event takes place at Friends School’s NORTH Campus (middle school) at 3800 Kalmia Avenue in Boulder.

This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, however space is limited.
