I am beyond excited to continue my teaching journey at Friends School for the 2018-2019 school year! I graduated in 2014 from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Communications. I moved out to Colorado shortly after in search of mountains and adventure. Needless to say I’ve found both!
Ever since I can remember, working with children has been a huge passion of mine. From babysitting and volunteering at numerous camps throughout high school and college, to homeschool and substitute teaching, I have always been fervent about engaging and educating young minds. I am committed to creating a respectful and alluring environment for children so that they are encouraged to learn and become powerful, independent thinkers who have confidence in their academic and creative abilities.
On the weekends you’ll find me exploring all that this wonderful state has to offer. I enjoy biking, hiking, camping and climbing. If it gets me outside, I’m there!
