I recently moved to the Boulder area from Milwaukee, Wisconsin! I graduated from Marquette University in 2018 where I studied speech pathology and audiology with a minor in psychology. The following two years I worked as an in-home, developmental therapist for children on the autism spectrum. Now, I am eager to go back to school to get my teaching license and my masters in education. I am so excited and feel so lucky to start my teaching journey here at Friends school. I am looking forward to immersing myself into the strong community that Friends has built over the years. I have always had a passion for working with children of all abilities. I pride myself in personally connecting with students in order to reach developmental and emotional milestones. In my free time you can find me hitting the ski hills or working on my vegetable garden at the community garden! Although I will soon be done with my schooling and become a teacher myself, I like to consider myself a “forever student” meaning there is always so much more to learn!
